Deposits

Vehicle reservation deposits are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

Vehicle Returns

Used vehicles are sold as seen and tested unless covered by warranty or consumer rights legislation.

Customers may still have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including:
  •  The right to reject faulty goods within 30 days
  •  Repair or replacement if a fault occurs

Faulty Vehicles

If a fault occurs shortly after purchase, please contact us immediately.

We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution such as:
  •  Repair
  •  Replacement
  •  Refund (where legally required)
